Member of the Paris Bar since 1999, François Esclatine is a recognized specialist in criminal business law, and is listed as such in numerous national and international rankings.
François Esclatine began his professional career with Olivier Metzner, which he left to join Veil Jourde, where he became a partner in 2010, in charge of criminal and regulatory litigation, notably before the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
In recent years, he has been involved in a number of complex criminal cases, including the Concorde crash, Oil For Food, the financial aspects of the Karachi attack, the Elysée polls and the France Telecom suicides.
He speaks French and English.
